  • Should be an expert in “all things” digital–content, headlines, creative, analytics, influencer marketing
  • Paid social a must
  • B2B & consumer brand experience is a plus
  • Doesn’t need to be an expert in paid search and media but should understand how it fits into the digital ecosystem
  • Analytics & measurement should always be top of mind

The intangibles:

  • Resourceful and will find an answer at all costs
  • GREAT team manager that can coach and mentor junior staff
  • Account management skills to pay the bills
  • Should be able to anticipate client needs and provide actionable solutions
  • Hungry to learn, grow
  • The ability to create pitch decks for new business

Director, Influencer Marketing

  • Experience in working with consumer brands in beauty, fashion, travel CPG
  • Agency experience is critical
  • Expert in using influencer platforms like Julius, Tagger, Traackr
  • Can manage contracts and influencer relationships
  • Expert copywriter and “the lead in” and “pay off” in writing headlines
  • Expert in paid social and whitelisting influencer content

The intangibles:

  • Hungry to grow our business in the consumer influencer marketing space
  • GREAT team manager that can coach and mentor junior staff
  • Account management skills to pay the bills
  • Should be able to anticipate client needs and provide actionable solutions
  • Hungry to learn, grow

Sr. Social Analyst

  • Really need a Brandwatch ninja
  • Google Analytics Pro
  • Knowledge of media analysis tools (Cision, Meltwater)
  • Experience in Audiense and/or other audience platform
  • Other analysis tools (NewsWhip, Quid)
  • Excel, Google Data Studio

The intangibles:

  • A storyteller with the “gift of gab”
  • Hungry to learn new ways of analysis
  • Interpret data and communicate to client
  • Mange projects efficiently
  • Willing to learn new platforms

Sr. Designer

  • Expert in creating digital assets for social media channels (TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Able to create digital assets on the fly and in real-time
  • Motion Graphics experience is mandatory
  • Video editing experience would be amazing

The intangibles:

  • A team player
  • Good attitude
