Consumers are shaping Social Business

Excellent video interview with Brian Solis and Frank Eliason on customer service. Key point here is that consumers are forcing organizations to think twice about their traditional business models and are forcing them to evolve from a brand that merely engages in social media to a social business. There is a huge difference.

    Remember the days when it was all the buzz about answering machines? Sooner or later it will show – businesses with the best human connection will “eat” the businesses without it. Forcing to buy when a customer needs help with something that they already bought is rude and annoying. And people tend to get imune to that. Just like viruses on vaccine. We need human connection – whether you like it or not :)
