Lessons Learned from the MarketingProfs Digital Marketing Mixer 2009

I had a chance to catch up with Marla Erwin from Wholefoods, Michael Stelzner from Social Media Examiner, Tim Supples from Citrix, Jennifer Zeszut from Scout Labs and my boyee Sonny Gill to get some key insights from the conference. (photos here if interested)

I also moderated a panel titled, How Big Brands Engage in Real time Conversations with Customers. The panelists included my close friends Becky Carroll and Tom Diederich.  Yes, the panel rocked, thanks to the panelists.

Lastly, had a huge opportunity to participate as Mixologist for the event, along with Stephanie Miller from Return Path, Jay Bear and Beth Harte from MarketingProfs. Our job was to attend each session in our respective tracks, take concise notes and then summarize some key takeaways so that the attendees can leave with actionable learning.

Crap! I started that, didn't I? OK.. feel free to call me Angela. Or whatever. (And yes... the "Britopian" for some reason makes me channel "Brian." (SORRY!)
  • Michael, it was so great to get to hang out with you two weeks in a row! [I am now quietly suffering Britopian withdrawal... ;-)~]

Thanks for being a Mixologist with me...and I agree with Ann, Dave's photo is one of the best!!

I loved hearing the takeaways that you captured in the video...Marla's advice for multiple Twitter accounts per line/brand/etc. is a smart one. People who like wine/cheese might not so much be into veggies. (I kid...).

    Hope to see you soon!
