I put this video together last night; and believe me … I didn’t tell my daughter’s what to say. They have a tendency of eavesdropping on the numerous conference calls I take.
I’m bummed because I filmed this in HD; edited it Sony Vegas and rendered as HD, but it’s not allowing me to watch in high quality on Youtube. As my 7 year old says, “whatevvs”.

I met ShoeMoney last summer in Orlando during an Izea Board Meeting; and since then we have worked together on a few minor projects for Intel. He called me a few weeks ago and asked me if I wanted to present at the Elite Retreat in San Francisco. I am sure he only called me because I was local to the 415 … haha.
Nonetheless, I had a really great time and met some really cool peoples. It was great to see a room full of young entrepreneurs learning from the best of the best. I met Chris Winfield and DK or the first time; and also caught up with my boys from Unique Blog Designs, Neil Patel (and he’s not THAT BIG OF A DEAL with his PR7 blog), Stephan Spencer and a few others. And, it was also great to see Shoe coaching the attendees.
I was on twhirl this morning and saw something really awesome (I am sure this happens all the time, but it was my first).
Notice the below image; a reply from @jmacofearth (Dell), @JanetATHP (HP) and @AMDOpteronPhil (AMD) all in a row. I thought it was really cool and it got me thinking about the true nature of social media; and how competitors can follow each other, learn, share and even collaborate at times. And, maybe they aren’t even competitors. Maybe they are friends who work at competitive companies. Yeah, I like that much better.
