Not too sure I agree with that one. SMO is free. There are no costs put forth to bookmark at social network sites. So, if you get just 1 traffic visitor, then your ROI in very good.

I get many visitors from Digg and Del.icio.us and Dropjack everyday. My cost was nothing, and it only takes a few extra minutes to set it up to get this traffic.

You might want to reasearch it a bit more before just going on info you read somewhere once. You are missing out big time.
