Just recently, Top Rank Blog put together a comprehensive list of search and social media blogs which they update weekly. I, along with a few of my buddies from HP have also made the list. Most notably is Paul, who blogs over at Seobrien.com. If you want to make the list (which is an awesome back link) I suggest you read the following blurb, taken directly from their site.
Zvents is a complete events/calendar ecosystem, with search, event creation, calendaring, sharing and blogging tools (widgets, calendars) for promotion of local events. Their site looks very similar to Eventful.com although the search functionality is clearly superior and it certainly is a very clean site built entirely in Ajax. They have also built an API that provides programmatic access to objects stored within their site. Lastly, he has an embeddable widget that allows for contributions to his campaign which is a great viral marketing strategy.
And, here is something really cool. It’s not his staff that is blogging, it’s actually Fred. And, it seems that his transparency (a characteristic of social media) on issues is helping him shoot up in [...]
